Pillar in the group insurance industry, Carl Laflamme will leave on the 14th of September the position of vice president, strategic alliances of SSQ Insurance, after a career of over 27 years within the insurer, of which 25 years in the community sector.
Contacted by the Journal of the insurance on the reasons of his departure, Mr. Laflamme held to say that he leaves the organization in very good terms, and remain open to new challenges in the industry. Prior to taking on the responsibility of vice-president of strategic alliances on January 1, 2018, Carl Laflamme occupied for nearly two years as first vice-president, distribution, a position awarded to Geneviève Fortier on April 19, 2018.
