Customer Satisfaction : two studies place the direct companies in mind

A study conducted by Protégez-vous magazine and a survey from J. D. Power puts the insurers in the top of the list in terms of customer satisfaction for automobile insurance in Quebec.

As reported by FlashFinance.ca, a publication sister-in-law of the of the insurance Journal, the survey of J. D. Power, like that to Protect Yourself, demonstrate that The Personal and ai Group financial share the first positions in the ranking. Eight respondents out of ten indicated that they recommend these insurers because of the support they provide to their customers, of the amounts granted and the speed of payment of a claim, according to the results of the magazine.

Different results for the tail of the pack

However, the results diverge when it comes to the insurers of the least appreciated by the clients. J. D. Power site in the back of the pack Intact Insurance and the Aviva Insurance. For the results of the study to Protect Yourself, it is about National Bank Insurance, SSQ Insurance and TD Insurance. For the last two, the respondents highlighted the gaps in the support provided after a disaster.

SSQ Insurance and TD Insurance are respectively in fourth and fifth place out of eleven in the index of J. D. Power.

J. D. Power has surveyed 8 958 Canadian policyholders of automobile insurance, and Protect You questioned 2 100 members of its panel DataConso. The survey was conducted among the 14 largest property and casualty insurers in Quebec.
