Generali acquires the activities of travel insurance Gallagher

The insurer Generali Global Assistance has acquired Trip Mate, the company that combines the activities of travel insurance, the insurance brokerage firm Arthur J. Gallagher. Gallagher had first acquired the company in 2014.

Generali states that Trip Mate will keep its brand while continuing its activities under the umbrella of the american companies of Generali Global Assistance.
